Stuff Christians Like #20: Grandiose Prayers

I’ve already spoken about how sometimes when someone speaks in church it sounds like Shakespeare.  This finds it’s most pronounced expression in prayer.  God is much more likely to answer your prayer if you speak it in very grand, magnificent language.  In fact I would recommend that if you are a new Christian you NOT pray at all until you feel you can really do it right.
